Physical damages such as holes, tears, rips, loose stitching, and considerable staining are often found on Fair items. Fair items are valued for function over form.

• Zipper is broken but can still open; the teeth of the zipper come apart. 
• Hole in side of tent that is patchable
• Vestibule grommet missing on one side; vestibule does not hold in place well as a result
